1. Straighten both your legs and make them heavy, make sure your standing leg is far enough away to stop them from sweeping you and your leg in the air make it heavy so they drop it because they can’t do anything with it.
2. Bend your leg and pull them in, use your leg to block theirs, stopping them from attacking with knees. Use one arm to grab their neck and the other to control their arms. Same applies for the standing leg. Get your distance so you prevent being swept!
