The GS is undoubtedly one of the best all-round adventure-touring bikes out there, but is it worth double the price of the Honda Transalp?

* ERRATUM: I incorrectly state that the 1250GS had a 21" front wheel, but it had a 19", just like the new 1300. I was thinking of the Africa Twin, which is moving from a 21 to a 19 for the 2024 MY.

Oh yes, and the switches are NOT backlit - I just assumed they were at that price!
