Every Eminem solo release, except Infinite, Recovery, Marshall Mathers LP 2 and Revival, includes skits where Em and his manager Paul Rosenberg leave messages on each others' phones.

Usually, Paul is doing his job as a manager and tries to warn Em that he might be making a poor choice. For instance on “Paul – Skit” from Encore where he warns Em that Michael Jackson was mad because of Em’s portrayal of him in “Just Lose It”, and about getting a gun since he was at probation at the time.
