Here is the Transfer Announcement for Grand Central - 42nd Street from onboard a 34th Street - Hudson Yards bound R188 7 Train the IRT Flushing Line. It includes the new Long Island Rail Road connection, as the East Side Access is now open as of January 25th.

"This is: Grand Central - 42nd Street. Transfer is available to the (4)(5)(6) and (S)huttle to Times Square. Connection is available to Metro North and the Long Island Rail Road."
