This is my awesome potato soup recipe done in the pressure cooker.
Cook on the soup setting for 30 min and quick release after 10 min of natural release:

6-8 small potatoes (small potatoes, make sure they are fully covered with liquid before cooking)
16oz heavy cream (add chicken broth or water if your potatoes are not under liquid before cooking)
1tbs garlic powder
1tbs onion powder
1c cheddar cheese
1/4c bacon
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper

sour cream to top with
