I turned 30 earlier this year, March 2022. It was really important for me to document on film the milestone by reflecting on my personal growth and mindset shifts. To recount how my current values and beliefs contrast the 20-year-old or even teenage version of myself.

When the day arrived to film, I felt unprepared and flustered despite having a brief outline of what I wanted to talk about. I made many attempts afterward to re-film and dive deeper into my current state of mind, eventually gave up and considered abandoning the idea altogether. But after several months of sitting on my initial footage and realizing the authenticity and the beauty of the raw, imperfect footage. I finally decided to publish.

I know this video present many flaws but this is a rare moment of me being vulnerable and publically open in showing who i am. This is 30.
