You get a huge focal length that goes from 28mm all the way to 200mm, while being f2.8 at the wide end and moves to f5.6, instead of 6.3 at the long end. Most other similar lenses are 6.3 at the long end like the sony’s 24-240 or the nikon 28-300. Which means that at the long end of this lens you’ll get about a full 1/3 stop of light more allowing it to perform better under low light. It’s also the most affordable lens of the bunch at just over $700.

It’s fast, sharp, compact and lightweight. Being an all in one zoom lens, it’s pretty impressive.
