yeah, so i don't think streaming is for me. i did three tries, and that was enough. sure, it's fun to play games and have people watch, but i think i got hit with the reality that i am an adult with a job and friends and responsibilities. compared to ten years ago, free time is at such a premium now. and if i have to dedicate an extra 2-4 hours a week devoted to performance of a game, i think i'd go insane, honestly.

maybe i'll stream once in a blue moon if i'm making art i really want people to see. but in this day and age, you have to have a schedule to be on twitch. you have to plan what games you want to stream to get views. even just to get affiliate you have to stream quite a bit. it's just not what i'm about.

gone are the days of just doing art for your friends on stream. and that's fine.
