First vlog after the summer. ☀️ I have had a busy couple of weeks to say the least, but hopefully I'll get back into vlogging regularly now! Hope you enjoy this day of eating! ☺️

Here's the Funfetti Cookies recipe I used! Thank you April for the recipe and Lisa for sending it to me 😁

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 egg at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sprinkles for rolling

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven for 350 F (about 170 C), then line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sit it aside.

2. Cream the butter, granulated sugar and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.

3. Whisk in the egg and the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

4. Mix in the flour, baking powder and salt until the flour mixture disappears. Don't overmix your dough. Then using a large cookie scooper scoop out 6 equally sized cookie dough balls, roll them between the palm of your hand, roll them in the sprinkles, and place them on the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten them to about 3/4 inch in thickness.

5. Bake the cookies in the oven for 11 minutes, then let them cool down on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool down fully.
