Ingredients for 1 cake for 6 people:
250 gr / 8.8 oz. of fresh rhubarb (cut into pieces of 1 cm / 1/3 of an inch)
100 gr / 0.9 sticks of melted butter, cooled a bit
100 gr / 0.5 cup / 3.5 oz. of white sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
125 gr / 1 cup / 4.4 oz. of flour
1 tsp. vanilla powder / 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
a pinch of salt

Bake the Rhubarb Cake for around 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 deg. C / 340 deg. F.
