For us, property and commercial cleanup are accomplished with our John Deere 325G and a Berlon Skeleton Grapple. Berlon attachments are Made in the USA (Hustisford, Wisconsin), which is very important to us. This skeleton grapple is ideal for rock picking, clearing fence lines, construction, scrap metal, log hauling, and other clean-up applications.

Our John Deere 325G is a wide-track model so it is 78" wide. Our Berlon Skeleton Grapple is 84" wide, but they also make 72" and 78" models that are exactly the same, just narrower. Our 84" model weighs in at just over 1300 pounds and the smaller models weigh slightly less.

Berlon adds a lot of items to their attachments that are not found on other manufacturers. The lower pin holes are protected so you will not damage your skid steer attachment pins. The hoses are protected by a hose saver. Also included is a needle valve so you can control the speed at which your grapple opens and closes.

The grey powder coat is thick and takes a lot to scrape off, even with use in rocks. Long term, even with abuse, this Berlon Grapple will look good for years to come.

As you would expect, every moving part is greaseable. Grease zerks are plentiful but also placed in protected areas so they will not be broken off in use.

Quality equipment is important to us to reduce downtime. Berlon has checked that box for us and continues to provide new products with great service.

Here are some of the Berlon Skeleton Grapple Features -
