To Make Broccoli Fried Rice

Basmati Rice - 1 Cup (250 Ml )
Broccoli -2 Cups
Sesame Oil - 2 Tbsp
Garlic - 2 Tsp
Onion - 1 No.
Beans - 1/4 Cup
Carrot - 1 No.
Green Capsicum - 1/2 No.
Red Capsicum - 1/2 No.
Salt - 2 Tsp
Pepper - 2 Tsp
Soy Sauce - 2 Tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Spring Onion Greens
Spring Onion Whites

Method:

1. Cook the long grain basmati rice and refrigerate it before using it in the fried rice.
2. Wash, clean and cut the broccoli into small pieces. Keep them aside.
3. Heat sesame oil in a wide wok. Add chopped garlic and onions. Saute fot about 1 min.
4. Add in chopped beans, carrots, green capsicum, red capsicum and saute on a high flame.
5. Add the broccoli florets and saute for 1 min. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
6. Then add soya sauce and chilli sauce. Mix them well.
7. Once the vegetables are no more raw, add in the cooked rice along with spring onion whites and spring onion greens.
8. Gently toss it all together, check for seasoning, add salt and pepper if required.
9. Spicy and tasty Broccoli Fried Rice is ready to be served hot and nice.
