The owner of this 2022 Solitude 5th Wheel from Grand Designs is going to leave this RV at a year round RV site and wanted to upgrade the terrible RV toilet that came from the factory: Thetford Style II. While it is a passably good RV toilet, it is leaking already, and the owner, like me, does not enjoy using RV toilets as they are unsteady and unsatisfying to flush. So I was asked if it was possible to install a normal flushing residential toilet in a RV. While this is a more rare scenario for RV toilets it is possible. Please join me as I install a residential toilet in a RV, and explain why you should or shouldn't and how incredibly easy it is.
