Today's ride takes us to Russell Minnesota to try out the Shady Oaks Native Prairie Trail. These trails sit on about 100 acres of property and have about 6 miles of total trail. The property owner has also implemented a scavenger hunt within the trail network for riders to spot. Overall this is a fun trail system with no real technical challenges. Lots of windy loops with tons of intersections and plenty of signage. This is definitely a great place to bring a beginner rider or family to have a picnic.
