A summary of the Mountain Soul Yoga Weekend 2020. The event was organized by Malin Schulz and was held at the hotel Gammelgården and Högfjällshotellet.

The yoga sessions was a mix between Yoga Flow and Yoga Nidra at Högfjällshotellet. The nights was spent at Gammelgården where also all food was served. During the hiking we passed the so called "Stonelake" as you can see in the movie. At the top of the mountain Malin performed meditation with the entire group.
