Revealing my favorite layers scone recipe / Unstoppable taste
The layered scone recipe I know says that the amount of baking powder should be high.
However, even when I used aluminum-free baking powder, I felt the taste of baking powder.
So, I reduced the amount of baking powder, and really delicious layered scones were completed that did not taste like baking powder.
It's so delicious that I can't stop eating it.

▷layered scone ingredient
-200g flour (use flour with low protein content)
-70g unsalted butter
-55g heavy cream
-1 egg(50g)
-30 g sugar
-4g baking powder
-1g Vanilla extract
-1 g of salt
