TRUE LOVE overcomes all obstacles. #covid19 #FLOReverWithRYAN

Everything was all set. Ryan and Flor planned to have their beach wedding in Subic Park Hotel with 150 guests on March 21. The groom with his parents and uncle flew all the way from Georgia, USA to witness the splendid event. But due to COVID-19 pandemic, Subic Bay Freeport Zone cancelled mass gatherings and we decided to look for other venue outside SBFZ, we found Kong's Restaurant and booked it for March 19 and we need to cut down the guests from 150 to 35 persons only. Unfortunately, few days before the event all the restaurants in Olongapo City needed to cancel their events as well.

President Duterte orders enhanced community quarantine and gives foreigners (groom's family) 72 hours to leave the country to avoid being stranded so we decided to move the wedding from March 21, to 19, to 17. But on the 17th, another unexpected thing happened so when we arrived in the church, we need to reschedule it again on March 18 and cut down our guests from 150 to 35 down to 15 only.

It has been a roller-coaster emotions, and I am just so glad that the couple was able to continue their wedding ceremony on the 18th. No reception and party allowed so we just decided to order a cake & wine and celebrate in a hotel room.
