The $1.2 trillion Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is the largest investment in America’s physical public assets in decades and the biggest commitment ever by the government of the USA to fight climate change.

The bill expands the Buy America requirement for infrastructure materials, which will boost the American manufacturing sector and industries like steel production.

Its core is an expansion of the 5-year transportation infrastructure law known as the FAST Act, passed in 2015.

Airport and port delays jeopardize over 1 million jobs. The bill will fund repairs, improve logistics, reduce congestion, and increase electrification to reduce emissions.
