In this video I will install the helical racks with Nema 17 and the heating bed for 220 degrees Celsius. Because of the helical racks you have almost no backslash. I measured this once on another printer that was between 10-15 mü (1/1000 mm). The heizbed is designed for 220 degrees. From behind I insulated it with 8 mm thick felt so that the heat can not escape downwards. In the next days comes the next video.

In diesem Video werde ich die schrägverzahnten Zahnstangen mit Nema 17 und das Heizbed für 220 Grad Celsius installieren. Durch die schrägverzahnten Zahnstangen hat man so gut wie keinen Backslash. Ich habe das mal an einem anderen Drucker gemessen das lag zwischen 10-15 mü (1/1000 mm). Das heizbed ist für 220 Grad ausgelegt. Von hinten habe ich es mit 8 mm dickem Filz isoliert damit die Hitze nicht nach unten entweichen kann. In den nächsten Tage kommt das nächste Video.
