This video is an in depth step-by-step covering the removal and installation of the drivers side exhaust manifold on a 2011 Dodge Ram Hemi 5.7. The original manifold warped causing two of the bolts to shear off. This will create an exhaust leak and will cause the HEMI tick. The driver side installation is much more complicated than the passenger side due to the steering column, AC lines and dipstick adding salt to the adventure. I will show you how to remove two different types of broken stud bolts. One is sheered off flush with the block and the other is broken but the shaft sticks out of the block. I will show you how to use a welder to extract one of the bolts as an easy out wasn't an option.
