QUOTES:

“If you want to use your skills to produce high quality work, you want to produce it, at a high quantity per time spent. Very concentrated effort is what's important.” Cal Newport [6:34]

“You're going to want to back off, you're going to want to go into places that you're better, stronger, that you're dipping into your more natural talents, and you're not pushing those to the edge of your abilities, but that's the way to keep your life small, that is not the way to become extraordinary.” Tom Bilyeu [20:56]

“So few people are actually training their ability to concentrate that if you're one of the few to do so you have a huge competitive advantage.” Cal Newport [23:18]
