https://www.lascoford.com/

We CONFIRMED that the 2020 Ford Super Duty is indeed lower than the 2019 Ford Super Duty. After conducting several measurements we were able to confirm that the 2020 Ford F250 when compared to an identically outfitted 2019 F250 the front ride height was 1/2" lower and the rear was 1 1/2" lower. We did find a statement online from Ford employee Mike Pruit where he also stated the 2020 is lower for easier entry and hooking up trailers.

As far as performance specs the most notable is the increased horsepower to 475 and increased torque to 1,050 lb ft of torque. There is also a new turbo with better response and less lag that also provides better fuel economy and contributes to the increased HP and torque.

The 2020 Super Duty also has an improved oil separator. Another big announcement was the all new fuel system that has been increased to 2500 bar of pressure with a new pump and injectors.

The upper intake is now aluminum for less heat and the lower intake is now composite to help insulate and lower weight.

Ford Super Duty® for 2020 offers an expanded line of more-powerful engines. The available all-new pushrod 7.3L gas V8 delivers durability and performance for strenuous everyday jobs. And the next generation available Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel is stronger than ever. Both are teamed up with a new Ford TorqShift® 10-speed automatic. So, with gas or diesel, you have more muscle for hauling or towing.

No surprise that Super Duty® for 2020 improves upon its already top-rated performance with an expanded line of available engines. There’s the all-new available 7.3L gas V8 as well as the available next-generation 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel, both with best-in-class power ratings.

Torque is the brute force that gets you up and moving from idle with no strain or sweat, whether on a level paved road or up the steep hill of rocks and dirt on an off-road work site. Horsepower supplies the muscle that keeps you moving at speed over the course of a workday, whether you’re hauling a large payload in the pickup bed or towing a huge trailer. With best-in-class* available 1,050 lb.-ft. of torque at 1,600 rpm and best-in-class 475 horsepower at 2,600 rpm, the newly updated 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel engine on the 2020 Ford Super Duty® reigns supreme in both categories, ensuring you have the power you need to get the job done.

The all-new 7.3L OHV PFI gas V8 engine in the 2020 Ford Super Duty® is the most powerful gas engine in a full-size pickup, with the best-in-class horsepower and torque to prove it. The top-of-the-line gas engine generates best-in-class torque at 475 lb.-ft. of torque at 3,900 rpm along with best-in-class 430 horsepower at 5,550 rpm.* Experience diesel-like power in a gas engine with the 2020 Ford Super Duty® .

Stay tuned as the team at Lasco Ford continues to bring the latest information about the 2020 Ford Super Duty.
