This is our new dollhouse model for new construction homes from Justin & Stephanie Homes.

This particular lot had a 600-square-foot house that could not be restored. With the shape and size of the lot, we felt it would be perfect for our second Dollhouse Model to be built...but we felt it could be better than the last!

This Dollhouse was built with a slightly larger kitchen, nicer finishes to elevate the value of the home and a garage! (we did not have a garage on the last one!)
