The UP Beta Epsilon held its first session of The Distinguished Alumni Lecture Series: Building Legacies Beyond Traditional Engineering at the Beta Epsilon Multimedia Hall.

Speaking in this event were Brod Alex Ibasco BE'78 with his talk about "Creating Value in Businesses and The Opportunities that Lie in Intersections", and Brod Don Loong BE'96 with his talk about "Becoming a Builder in The Millennial Era". Raffle prizes, packed lunch, and freebies were given away for the attendees. Also, the UP Chemical Engineer Society (UP KEM) was given some acknowledgement for sending the biggest delegation to the event.
