The best CHRISTMAS salad I've ever had! Simple, quick and very tasty!

Ingredients

200 g (7 oz) orzo pasta
salt
3 hard-boiled eggs
200 - 250 g (7-9 oz) good quality ham
5 pickled cucumbers (sweet)
spring onion
270 g (9 oz) corn
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of horseradish
1 teaspoon of mustard
Black pepper and salt to taste
