Rule #1 is never wait for a girl to display interest in you before asking her out. If you want to, you have permission to ask her out. If she is NOT interested she can say no or make up an excuse. 6. Emotional closeness behaviors:
-Acts like she wants to be friends (doesn’t mean she just wants to be friends but could also mean romantic interest)
