Well, you asked for a crab where I prep both sides... and here it is! A tumidocarcinus giganteus crab with a ventral and dorsal prep. Total time was around 15 hours on this one. It was a beaut of a crab to prep, the stone flaked off the crab so easily!

Stay tuned for my monster crab prep that will be coming in the next while, it's about 7 times bigger than the crab I prepped today. I just hope it's in a good state of preservation!
