The wind was blowing on the open water outside of Noyo Harbor. Inside the harbor at the boat basin all was well protected and there was hardly a ripple on the water. No boats were going out so it was a very quiet day. Even the Sea Lions seemed to have taken the day off. It was a good chance to check out some of the boats in the harbor.
