Camille Cottin is interviewed by Lianne Peet for Stillwater from the Cannes Film Festival where the film had its World Premiere. It stars Matt Damon, Abigail Brelsin, Camille Cottin, Ginifer Ree, Deanne Dunagan, Robert Peters, and Lilou Siauvaud. It is directed by Tom McCarthy.

Plot: Directed by Tom McCarthy (Spotlight), the film follows Bill (Matt Damon), an American oil-rig roughneck from Oklahoma who travels to Marseille to visit his estranged daughter (Abigail Breslin), in prison for a murder she claims she did not commit. Confronted with language barriers, cultural differences and a complicated legal system, Bill builds a new life for himself in France as he makes it his personal mission to exonerate his daughter.

Stilwater will be released on the 6th of August, 2021 in UK cinemas.
