Update (October 18): Airbnb has decided to reimburse $1,158.37 of the $2,000 resolution request and I think that is probably fair. The length of time for a decision (since July) and lack of a timeline (ie zero timeline given except it will be less than 10 years, an Airbnb rep told me this) fall well below my expectations and I still encourage you to review your prior Airbnb resolutions. I have no indication that this video did anything for this resolution request though I acknowledge the timing is intersting.
