I have been stretched for time this week to record any new recipes and sat down with my little girl to watch a movie and thought lets crush some kettle corn popcorn.
Normally we buy this as a treat, but did realise we could get the exact same results at home! I used both white sugar and brown sugar, which adds to the caramelization.

Hot oil is the key. Add three kernels, once they pop it indicated the oil is hot enough. Then keeping the kernels moving it key to avoid burnt sugar! 3 secs rest, 3 secs shake and repeat!

Ingredients:
1/4C popcorn kernels
2Tbs white sugar
2Tbs brown sugar
2Tbs vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt.
