If your self propelled is not working on your Toro Personal Pace Push Lawn Mower it could be either the self propelled drive belt or the cable could be frozen if the mowers been out in the weather for extended period of time. Of course the wheels could be stripped or Transmission could be bad too. I don't cover those in this video.
