This video gives an explanation of the twin paradox, without any complex mathematics. This will occur when one of a pair of twins leaves the Earth and travels to a nearby star on a very fast spaceship (moving at a speed close to the speed at light), whereas the other twin remains on Earth. When the "travelling twin" returns from their journey, they find that they're younger than the twin who remained on Earth.
