Public gets say on Army Corps' plan for back bay flooding

A $16 billion dollar plan to ease back bay flooding at the Jersey Shore is under question. The Army Corps of Engineers says the project would address one of the major sources of storm damage at the Shore. Some say the plan lacks details on the environmental impact and exactly where that diverted stormwater will go — and it's expensive.
