Innovation and robust digital infrastructures have been some of the leading reasons why some companies or governments managed to weather the pandemic's worst. We are joined by Rajesh Subramaniam, President and Chief Operating Officer of FedEx, who in his capacity as leading a multinational delivery services company, has had to deal with the fast-paced, monumental shifts brought on by the pandemic in business.
