Triumph has unveiled an all-new middleweight sportbike with triple the power for 2024.
The new Triumph Daytona 660 looks more attractive thanks to a unique three-cylinder engine and best-in-class performance.
The three-cylinder power unit, which has already been used in other Triumph models, has been modified, with new injection housings, a new crankshaft, a new camshaft, new pistons and connecting rods, new valves and a new, more compact exhaust system.
It now develops 95 hp at 11,250 rpm and 69 Nm of torque at 8,250 rpm, which is 17% more power and 9% more torque than the Trident 660.
The redline is 12,650 rpm.
The Daytona 660 received an improved 6-speed transmission equipped with Triumph Shift Assist.
It comes with three riding modes - Sport, Road and Rain. Traction control is one of the settings that changes depending on your choice of riding mode.
And there's also a new Emergency Brake Warning system that activates hazard lights to warn other road users when braking hard.
The fuel tank has a capacity of 14 liters, the declared fuel consumption is 4.9 liters/100 km, and the weight with full tanks is 201 kg.
In the United States, the retail price for the Triumph Daytona 660 starts at $ 9195
