A group of warriors led by an old alchemist arrived in the country of the Rising Sun from China to demonstrate new weapons. But that's just a front: they're mining the ingredients for a potion of immortality meant for the Chinese emperor. The last component is a child born once in a hundred years - a brave orphan boy who hurries with his faithful dog across the country to take refuge in a monastery. The boy meets a brave traveler who knows the art of combat and invites him to accompany him on this difficult journey.
