عن زيد بن حارثة مولى رسول الله ﷺ, من قال: أستغفرُ اللهَ العظيمَ الذي لا إلهَ إلَّا هو الحيَّ القيومَ وأتوبُ إليه غُفِرَ له وإنْ كان فرَّ من الزحفِ .
صحيح الترمذي ٣٥٧٧

The Prophet ﷺ said: ‘Whoever says:

(Astaghfirullāhal-`Aẓīm alladhī lā ilāha illā huwal-Ḥayyul-Qayyūmu wa atūbu ilaih)

“I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Magnificent, whom there is none worthy of worship but Him, the Living, Al-Qayyum, and I repent to him,”

then Allah will forgive him, even if he fled from battle”
