Dairy is quite possibly the most overhyped food group out there. With several artificial and corporate pushes, cow udder juice and it's products have wiggled their way into most diets in much of the world. In terms of accessibility, I think very few people are going to argue that this is a bad thing. And in terms of taste, I think even less will make that argument. But in terms of nutrition, the answers may not always be so clear. Is Dairy really the nutritional powerhouse it's advertised to be, or is it all just money?
