Get ready for CUCAI 2021

For the first time, CUCAI hosted a pre-conference taster on Saturday, January 30th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, via Hopin (the same virtual conferencing platform that we will be using to host CUCAI 2021). This event featured speaker presentations from Dan Desjardins (CEO @ Distributed Compute Labs and Speaker @ CUCAI 2019), as well as Damien Joseph (Founder & Co-Host @ Into the Adultverse Podcast), and introduction presentations from our student group partners.

This event was also a terrific networking opportunity for undergraduate students looking for positions in the field of AI, with information booths from all of our attending sponsors, as well as “speed networking” sessions where eager students were randomly matched with a variety of accomplished industry leaders from our sponsor companies for brief 1:1 networking discussions.
