This is a solid 3d printer that is extremely fast. My results while creating test prints were excellent. While designed as a plug-and-play 3d printer, it is still a mechanical device and requires maintenance and tuning. Several people in online communities are highly critical of what they see as quality issues with this machine. The challenges posted are common to all 3d printers and generally solved by proper device maintenance described in the video.

The hot end on this printer utilizes a PTFE sleeve, limiting practical operational temperatures to about 230C +/-. This is fine for PLA, PLA+, and TPU but is at the low end for PETG. People running into issues may be attempting to print at temperatures too hot for this machine which damages the PTFE sleeve. This is no different from many other 3d printers that also use a PTFE sleeve in the hot end. The advantage of hot ends using PTFE sleeves is the prints generally string less, which is a significant advantage.

To print at higher temperatures, replace in PTFE sleeve supplied with the printer with Capricorn XS tubing. Just order a full-size Bowden tube and cut it down to the proper length for the tube in the hot end.
