130g butter beans
70g cottage cheese
2 tbsp. pesto
Sourdough
1-2 eggs
2 anchovies
salt + black pepper

spicy beef rice bowl:
130g minced/ ground beef (preferably organic grass fed)
1 garlic clove
1 inch thumb ginger
½ tsp. chilli
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ghee or avocado oil
1 tsp. tamari
cooked rice

sardine stuffed sweet potato:
100g tinned sardines
1 medium sweet potato
100g black beans
20g parsley
15g dill
1 spring onion
1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
