😋 FULL CHICKEN SANDWICH RECIPE:

MAKES 1 SANDWICH + EXTRA PROTEIN
MACROS: Carbs 37g / Fat 19g / Protein 68g
TOTAL CALORIES: 593

INGREDIENTS:
9oz Chicken Breast
16g Olive Oil Mayo (or regular Mayonnaise)
25g Capital City Mambo Sauce, Mild (link to this sauce: https://amzn.to/44RdbrH)
1/2 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
St. Pierre Brioche Bun (or any Brioche Bun)
Sea Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Chipotle Powder, Smoked Paprika
Iceberg Lettuce
Dill Pickles
Olive Oil Cooking Spray

PREP:
Heat 1/2 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil on medium/high heat in 6” pan over stove top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, use Convection Bake option, if available
Weigh out 9oz of raw chicken breast, ensure the chicken breast is no more than 1” thick, pound breast thinner if you need to
Trim 4-5oz of your chicken to best match the size of your bun
Set chicken breast in a dish and season on each side evenly with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Chipotle Powder (careful, this is SPICY!), Smoked Paprika

COOK:
Once pan is nice and hot, sear chicken on each side for 2-3 minutes, should look nice and crispy on each side
Place chicken on baking rack on a baking sheet and put in the oven
Bake chicken for 14-17 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken has reached 165 degrees (make sure your poultry is COOKED THROUGH! here's a link to a great meat thermometer that Ali talked about: https://amzn.to/480wCRy)
Once chicken is cooked through, remove from oven and let rest for 4-5 minutes

Meanwhile…
Set your oven to Broiler / High
Place bun on baking sheet, inside facing up
Lightly spray inside of buns with olive oil cooking spray and season with a little garlic powder and a pinch of sea salt
Place buns in oven until golden brown (WATCH CLOSELY!)

MAKE IT:
Add your mayo to the buns
Place the chicken on the bottom bun
Drizzle that tasty Mambo Sauce on all of your chicken
Add pickles and a handful of iceberg lettuce
Add the top bun
Serve on a plate with the extra chicken on the side and enjoy!
