About the film:
Anchored by phenomenal performances from Jodie Comer, Tom Hardy, and Austin Butler, this latest from indie auteur Jeff Nichols (Loving, MVFF39) chronicles a fictional biker gang in the mid-’60s Chicago. Nichols fully immerses us in a macho brotherhood bonded by bikes, beers, and brawls, exploring the visceral stimulation as well as the limitations of an archetypically masculine life.
