It admittedly is a long-winded and not the most exciting video (bear with me as we don't get much sleep this time of year, so don't mind any repetitive rambling), though we greatly appreciate if you take the time to check it out as that saves us many, many, MANY hours on the phone trying to explain the exact same thing to most customers- though without the visual, so it makes less sense on the phone for the same time spent as it can be hard for customers to visualize what exactly I mean.


Every situation is completely different and also depends on your physical ability and basic mechanical understanding, so you and each of your neighbors may need a different mix of tools depending on your lift, water/ muck depth, sea walls, etc. Therefore, it is hard for us to say for certain over the phone EXACTLY what you would need, so hopefully this helps and if you can split the cost of the tools with neighbors then the more options the better as just because some parts might not be necessary, having them in addition to other tools can make it much, much easier! Especially, since a lot of callers say "I have a very large, heavy boat lift, I don't know what it is though" and most of them turn out to be quite light and easy, so it is tough to say for sure, but the more options and knowledge, the merrier!
