Today, I introduce you to how to easily make β€˜Pa (Green Onion) - dak (Chicken in Korean)’, which I have a fond memory of when I first had one in South Korea, with an air fryer. The sauce is truly magical!

ingredients
1t Minced Garlic
3T Vinegar
2T Korean Soy Sauce
1T Cooking wine
2T Mustard
1T Sugar

Marinade water
4 cups Water
2T Salt
1T Sugar
1/2t Black Pepper
1T Garlic Powder
1T Onion Powder
1t Ginger Powder
1/8t Cinnamon Powder

1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and store it in a fridge. You can make a batch and keep In in a fridge for up to one month. It would ripe over time and the taste would improve.
2. Remove any excess fat from the chicken, and separate the chicken breast half. (Check the video)
3. Marinate each side for 30 minutes, totaling an hour of marinating.
4. Use only the green stalks only from the green onion.
5. Merge them in ice water to remove the spiciness from the green onion.
6. Breast facing down, 400Β°F/180 Β°C for 20 minutes, turn it over for 10 minutes. Turn it again for 5 minutes. Totalling 35 minutes.
7. Enjoy ~
