Cheese Cake Base:

1+1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
2 tsp Sugar

Spray The Pan With Oil

Bake For 8 Minutes On A Preheated Oven At 400°F

Cheese Cake Filling:

2 lb Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
1 Cup Sugar
4 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1+1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest
3/4 Cup Sour Cream

Pour The Batter Over Cooled Crust


Cheese Cake Baking Instructions;

Bake it on preheated oven of 400°F for 15 minutes then without opening the door reduce the heat over 225°F and let it sit for 1 hour then turn off the oven and slightly open the oven door and leave the cake for 1 hour then place it over counter top for 3 hours and then refrigerate it over night

Now release the cake and decorate it with fresh raspberry / blueberries and enjoy!
