The UN says the conflict between Sudan's government and a paramilitary group has contributed to a rise in violence against women which the victims are unable to report due to lack of access to services. The fighting has displaced millions of people. Women and girls constitute around 53 percent of the displaced people in Sudan, according to the UN.
