Early on in their engagement, Kelsey and Kate knew they wanted to get married in the quaint little town of Mayo, Quebec. With its rolling hills and breathtaking views, as well as Kate's family ties to the town, Mayo was a no-brainer! However, their journey to making that dream happen proved to be quite challenging; given the pandemic, Kelsey and Kate unfortunately had to postpone their big day multiple times. But on September 5, 2021, they were finally able to tie the knot and celebrate their love with their closest friends and family in Mayo, and it could not have been more perfect!

The footage of Kelsey and Kate in more casual clothes is actually from August 2020, on their "would have been" wedding date. They asked if I would be interested in doing a photo/video session with them on that day, and I was 100% in! We drove to Mayo, and had a cute little picnic across the street from the church. They brought along their adorable pooch @cavapoo.rosie, and we even cracked open a couple Coronas 😂

Kelsey and Kate, thank you so much for taking me along on this wedding planning journey of yours. I could not have asked for better clients!! I think we should all strive to be as kind, loving, and hilarious as you two. Looking forward to documenting your "second reception" later this year 🤍
