Bake at 220 degree celsius or 425 degree Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes uncovered… top up the oven temperature to the highest for the remaining time, basing every 15 minutes until it’s perfect 👌🏾

1 Whole Chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp garlic & Herb
2 tsp paprika
1-2 tsp jerk seasoning
2 tsp citrus blend seasoning (if available)
2 tbsp green seasoning
